Privacy Policy

Catalyst Leadership Solutions (“we,” “us”) is a consulting firm based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect through catalystls.ai, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. We have tried to write it in plain English, because a privacy policy you can’t understand isn’t much of a policy.

What We Collect

Information you give us. If you fill out our contact form, email us, or call us, we collect what you provide: typically, your name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you tell us about your situation.

Information collected automatically. Our website runs on HubSpot, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect standard visitor data: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you found us. This helps us understand how people use the site.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond when you contact us, to schedule and prepare for conversations you request, to understand how visitors use our website, and to send you information you’ve asked for. That’s the list.

What We Don’t Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their marketing. If you fill out our form to ask about AI governance, you will hear from us, not from a list broker.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers that make our business run, and only so they can provide those services to us:

Our Use of AI

As part of how we run our business, we may use artificial intelligence tools to help draft responses, summarize inquiries, or organize information you share with us. We select and configure these tools so that they do not use your information to train their underlying AI models, and a person reviews anything before it affects your relationship with us.

Cookies

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. The site will still work, though some features may not. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because no common standard for them exists.

Email

If we send you email beyond direct replies, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing us. We honor opt-outs promptly.

How Long We Keep It

We keep contact information as long as we have an active relationship or a business reason to retain it, and we delete it when we don’t. As a general guideline, we keep contact information for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we have an ongoing business reason to keep it longer. If you want your information deleted sooner, ask (see below).

Reviewing, Changing, or Deleting Your Information

Email us at Bobsimmons@catalystls.ai and we will show you what we have, correct it, or delete it. To protect your information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we act on your request. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.

Security

We rely on HubSpot’s security controls to protect data collected through the site, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we won’t pretend otherwise, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and their leaders. They are not directed towards children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. The version posted here is always the current one.
