Meet Dr. Robert M. Simmons, Ph.D.
Founder & CEO
Dr. Robert M. Simmons brings over 30 years of IT and organizational leadership experience to Catalyst Leadership Solutions. His career spans healthcare, finance, consulting, and technology—giving him deep insight into how organizations adopt new technologies, navigate change, and manage risk.
Bob earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from National University, where his research focused specifically on the governance of ethical AI. His dissertation explored how executives can lead AI adoption responsibly, balancing opportunity with oversight.

A West Point graduate and Army veteran, Bob brings discipline, integrity, and a commitment to service to every client engagement.
Bob lives in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and works primarily with businesses across Middle Tennessee and the broader Southeast.
